TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 The Seller sells Products online through ttswtrs.com.
1.2 By ordering Products via the Website, the User agrees to the terms of sale outlined below (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Sale”). If the User disagrees, they must immediately cease using the Service and leave suavite.ua.
1.3 These Terms of Sale and the information about Products presented on the Website constitute a public offer under Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
1.4 These Terms may be unilaterally amended by the Seller without notifying the User/Customer. The revised Terms take effect from the moment they are published on the Website unless otherwise specified.
1.5 The agreement becomes effective upon the Seller’s electronic confirmation of the Order submitted by the Customer via suavite.ua. The sales agreement is considered concluded when the Seller provides the Customer with a receipt or confirms the payment of the Products via a bank transfer.
By providing the Seller with an email address and phone number, the Visitor/User/Customer consents to their use by the Seller and third parties engaged by the Seller to fulfill obligations or send promotional and informational updates about discounts, promotions, or other activities, as well as to facilitate product delivery or provide other relevant information.
2.1 The Seller ensures the availability of Products displayed on the Website. Photos accompanying the Products are illustrative and may differ from the actual appearance. Descriptions or specifications may contain inaccuracies or typos. For clarifications, the Customer should contact info@suavite.com.
2.2 If a Product ordered by the Customer is unavailable, the Seller reserves the right to exclude the Product from the Order or cancel the Order, notifying the Customer via email.
2.3 The Customer bears full responsibility for providing inaccurate information that hinders the Seller’s ability to fulfill their obligations properly.
2.4 After placing an Order on suavite.ua, the Customer will be informed of the expected delivery date via email. The assigned manager will confirm Order details and delivery time, which depend on stock availability and processing requirements.
2.5 The delivery date is communicated by email or phone and may be adjusted unilaterally by the Seller for valid reasons.
3.1 Products are delivered via postal services, with payment on the Website’s payment page or via electronic invoice using a bank card or transfer. Delivery methods: Special delivery in Kyiv or Nova Poshta within Ukraine. International deliveries are handled by courier services like DHL, UPS, or others, at the Seller's discretion. Specific delivery terms are agreed upon during Order confirmation.
3.2 Delivery is conducted online and is not limited to Ukrainian territory.
3.3 Delays in delivery may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
3.4 The Order is handed over to the Customer or a designated third party listed as the Recipient in the Order. If neither the Customer nor the Recipient can accept the Order, it may be transferred to someone who provides Order details (tracking number and/or recipient’s name) and pays the full Order cost.
3.5 Risk of accidental loss or damage to the Products passes to the Customer upon receipt and acknowledgment of the Order.
3.6 Delivery costs are borne by the Customer unless specified otherwise in the “Delivery and Returns” section of the Website.
3.7 The Seller's obligation to deliver is deemed fulfilled when the Customer receives the package as determined by postal service rules.
3.8 Upon receiving the Order, the Recipient must inspect the Products for compliance with quality, quantity, and completeness. Signing the “Order Delivery Form” confirms that the Recipient has no complaints, and the Seller has fulfilled its delivery obligations.
3.9 Delivery details (date, time, and route) may be clarified with the manager during Order confirmation.
4.1 Product prices are listed in USD, EUR, and UAH excluding VAT. The total Order amount includes the cost of selected Products.
4.2 Product prices are specified on suavite.ua. If an incorrect price is listed, the Seller will notify the Customer to confirm or cancel the Order. If contact is not established, the Order is canceled.
4.3 The Seller may unilaterally change Product prices. However, prices for confirmed Orders remain unchanged.
4.4 Payment methods: For domestic deliveries within Ukraine, payment is made in UAH via bank transfer before shipment.
4.5 Discounts and bonus programs may be offered at the Seller’s discretion and can be modified unilaterally.
5.1 Customers may return Products or cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, excluding exceptions outlined in Ukrainian legislation (e.g., Cabinet Resolution No. 172 dated 19.03.1994). Details are in the "Delivery and Returns" section of the Website.
5.2 Returned Products must have all seals, labels, and be shipped at the Customer’s expense to the address provided by the Seller.

5.5 Refunds are processed via bank transfer or card refund, depending on the original payment method.
5.6 Warranty conditions are set by the manufacturer and specified on Product labels. The Seller is not liable for defects caused by improper use, storage, or third-party actions.
