Delivery is available worldwide via courier services.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER?
Typically, we dispatch orders within 2 (two) business days. If any items are out of stock at the time of your order, delivery may take up to 14 business days.
Please note that delivery times apply to business days only and exclude weekends, national and public holidays, and force majeure circumstances.
We use local or international postal services for delivery, depending on the shipping address, at our discretion. Generally, delivery is handled as follows:
TAXES AND DUTIES
You do not need to pay additional taxes for deliveries within Ukraine. However, for deliveries outside of Ukraine, all taxes and duties are the responsibility of the Buyer.
All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means your order may be subject to taxes/duties imposed by local customs. All online prices are listed without additional charges. We cannot include this amount in advance, as these costs depend on the customs regulations of the destination country.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping within Ukraine is based on Nova Poshta rates.
RECEIVING THE GOODS
Delivery is available to Nova Poshta branches or directly to your door if address delivery is selected.
