To ensure a smooth return process with minimal delivery costs, please follow the instructions provided by our manager.

We will refund the full product cost minus any applicable fees once we confirm that the item's appearance, properties, and original tags have been preserved.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer. This means the Buyer must pay for shipping when sending the item back to us. We will deduct the return shipping cost from the refund amount, as delivery costs are not covered.
For returns of orders shipped outside Ukraine, in addition to delivery costs, we will also deduct any customs duties and fees, including import VAT and brokerage charges, which we pay in the Seller’s country. These expenses will be subtracted from the refund amount for the purchased items.
Please note that if you refuse to receive an order, including refusal due to unpaid duties in the Buyer’s country, we will also deduct shipping costs and any other unforeseen bilateral expenses as outlined above from the refund amount.
You will receive your refund within 3-14 days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse. The exact timeline depends on your bank and the payment method used for the order.
You can cancel your order at any time by emailing us at info@suavite.com. If your cancellation request is made before the order is shipped, we will issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, all return rules outlined in the RETURN POLICY section will apply.
